Tony Shone – Director

An experienced facilitator, Tony has successfully worked with a diverse range of people and organisations to help them achieve their objectives. He has a wealth of practical ‘hands on’ management & leadership experience in both small and large organisations and has designed and delivered interventions for Danske Bank, Ryanair, the Defence Forces, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Liberty Insurance to mention but a few.

Tony’s international management experience encompasses Ireland, the UK, United States and a number of Middle Eastern countries; in each case he was responsible for large teams of people in both multi-unit and multi-cultural environments. Prior to forming Invisio with Louise, Tony held a Senior Group Management role with one of Ireland’s largest and most dynamic private companies. During this time, he was extensively involved in the successful re-development of a number of businesses, two of which achieved the prestigious quality ISO 9000 award.

Tony’s passion is unleashing the potential in teams in both new and existing organisations. He is an experienced Facilitator, Trainer and Team Coach, a Licensed Mediator and qualified in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Tony holds an MBA from the internationally renowned Henley Business School.

Louise Mc Namara – Director

Louise Mc Namara has extensive operational, human resource and general management experience in a variety of organisations as well as several years consulting, training and facilitating in organisations around the world.

As an experienced facilitator, Louise has worked with clients in the crucial areas of Organisational Planning and Vision & Mission development. She has worked closely with the university sector, one of the top legal firms in Ireland and a number of organisations in the financial sector. Working on new business set-ups she has consulted in the areas of Human Resources and Training and Development and is highly regarded in these fields. Louise’s role within Invisio involves working in Ireland, Europe, Asia, Africa and the U.S.

Bringing a client to new levels of awareness, instilling lasting changes in behaviour and thinking through Business and Executive Coaching, are challenges enjoyed by Louise. Coaching helps the client focus on actions that lead to results and consequently is proving increasingly popular as business leaders strive to seek competitive advantage.

Louise has a Masters in Organisational Behaviour with Trinity College Dublin / IMI, achieving an Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.

Karen Wall – Managing Director

Karen has over 25 years’, national and international, experience in the Financial Services Industry where she built accomplished teams, managed high-value client relationships, and led successful international alliances.

Karen designs and delivers bespoke client training programmes, is experienced in facilitating in-person and virtual workshops for globally dispersed teams, and is an experienced and accredited Executive Coach. Karen’s work spans many sectors.

Karen has a keen interest in development of individuals and teams and helps to align them to the vision, values and purpose of the Company and their role, by helping teams to build trust and enhance collaboration to deliver on shared goals.

The extensive coaching and mentoring expertise acquired throughout her career have been invaluable to her people management, talent development and leadership skills. Karen has led key ‘Women’s Initiatives’ programmes including the Triple FS Mentoring Programme and has mentored on the 30% Club programme.

Karen is in the  final stages of her Master’s Degree in Business and Leadership

Betty Nerney Invisio

Betty Nerney – Learning Facilitator

Betty has over 20 years’ experience in business with a background in operational management, Human Resource management and Learning & Development at unit level, multi-sites and in Corporate roles. She has extensive experience of business restructuring, change management, HR systems implementation and organizational development. She has good business acumen and a track record of making a difference for the business.

More recently she has concentrated her efforts in the area of service excellence, leadership and performance management having successfully completed service leadership programmes at Ashridge Business School. Betty loves what she does and is passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about it, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels fast, uses her quick insight to understand the critical issues and produce tangible results.

Fiona Keane – Learning Facilitator

Fiona is a management and development consultant with experience in individual and team development. In 2008, after working in Leadership roles in Human Resources & Learning and Development Fiona started her own in business; her clients are spread throughout the construction & utilities industry (UK) and privately owned small to medium businesses (Ireland) where she has introduced and embedded behavioural frameworks, delivered management development programs, coached leaders and supported bid teams.

Fiona is committed to delivering training & coaching that provides challenge, insight and clarity, working with clients to develop and enhance skills to add real value, deliver brand through people and support organisational change.

Hannah Shaw Coach & Learning Facilitator

Hannah has 15 year’s experience in leadership roles at director level in Operations and Project Management, in SaaS and agency digital environments,  start-ups and SMEs. She was on the leadership team for a fast growing ‘Times Top 100 SME’, with over 100 people across 4 territories and directly responsible for the delivery teams and training across the business, as well as driving organisational strategy and planning.

Hannah has a deep understanding of the challenges, stresses and pressures that leaders, as well as their teams, face in their professional lives and is passionate about helping leaders to drive growth through culture and the human potential.

Hannah has a BA (Hons) Criminology and Applied Psychology, Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, QQI Level 6 in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics and a foundation in Counselling & Psychotherapy Studies.

Katita Fogarty – Coach & Learning Facilitator

Katita is skilled at building trust, rapport and connections with her clients. Her greatest strengths lie in creating a positive work environment, fostering effective communication with her clients which enables her clients to deliver excellent results. Driven by her passion for helping others grow, Katita designs and delivers mentoring and coaching programs for leaders and entrepreneurs, contributing to their personal and professional development.

With a keen focus on nurturing wellbeing and a harmonious integration between personal and professional life, she believes that by connecting and aligning values, purpose, and goals, both individuals and organizations can reach their full potential, and we can pave the way for a promising future of work.

Katita is an NLP practitioner who has a learning & development qualification from NCI and is a qualified internationally as a Master Coach & Behaviour Profile Analyst.

Patricia Byron Invisio

Patricia Byron – Coach

Patricia Byron has over 25 years’ experience working in the Financial Services Industry from customer service to senior management level. Patricia also has extensive experience in the design and delivery of training, education and CPD programmes for financial service professionals.

Through this experience, Patricia draws on a unique insight into the challenges faced by organisations. She understands how to unite the developmental needs of the individual with the needs of the organisation and has the ability to cross the theory –practice divide. Her delivery style is facilitative and empowers participants to reflect on their own development and learning.

Holding a Masters in Learning and Teaching, Patricia has a deep understanding of the theories, research and practical strategies for learning throughout life and delivers real techniques and strategies to support ongoing lifelong learning and development. Patricia has a Diploma in Executive Coaching from IMI.

Maire O Meara Invisio

Máire O’ Meara – Learning Facilitator

Prior to joining the Invisio team, Máire worked as a learning solutions consultant in France and Ireland, developing and delivering learning solutions programmes for a variety of multi-national companies. She has also worked with a number of EU commission representatives during their EU presidencies to facilitate and develop communication and negotiation skills.

Drawing on her extensive experience, Máire is an effective facilitator of management development programmes. Her skill in identifying and unleashing individual and team potential together with her ability to relate to a variety of types of organisations makes her a respected trainer who can quickly adapt to the needs of trainees across a range of disciplines. She has also developed and delivered cross-cultural awareness programmes, learning solutions management and staff to work effectively with their overseas partners. She currently develops and delivers programmes in People Management, Learning Solutions & Development and Interpersonal Skills.

Máire has completed a Master Practitioner’s programme in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a fluent French speaker.

Matthew Tye – Coach

Matthew brings an extensive knowledge and experience of the Leisure and Hospitality Industry to Invisio.

After many years in Operational Management, Matthew decided to specialise in learning solutions & development, joining a major UK Operator in a Senior Group Learning Solutions role.

As an experienced coach and leader, Matthew challenges and empathises with clients in the right measure and  empowers client to grow themselves, their people and their organisation.

Kathleen Halligan – Coach & Senior Learning Facilitator

A chartered Work & Organisational Psychologist and seasoned HR Strategist, Kathleen has over 25 years’ experience partnering with senior business leaders across a wide range of sectors, industries and geographies, to deliver sustainable change programmes. Kathleen has led the Learning & Development function in large global and national organisations and has designed and delivered a wide range of people development initiatives for clients.

Specialising in Organisation Effectiveness and Talent Development strategy, Kathleen has led the successful implementation of a broad range of Organisation, Leadership and Team development programmes. Cognisant of the volatile, uncertain, and often ambiguous context within which Organisations must operate, making the complex simple is a core strength of Kathleen’s.

Danny Sheahan Invisio

Daniel Sheahan – Lead Researcher

Danny is a research specialist for Insights by Invisio. Financial Services, Public Sector, Hospitality, Agribusiness and Retail, are just a few of the areas that he has provided research and consultancy services to. Danny is a certified member of The Market Research Society and a graduate member of the Marketing Insitute of Ireland.  He is also certified in the use of Qualtrics, the industry-leading survey platform for CX (Customer Experience) and EX (Employee Experience) research.  Danny has more than 25 years experience in the design, administration and analysis of online, face-to-face, telephone and paper-based research and surveying.

His expertise of employee surveys, customer surveys and focus groups greatly enhances the Insights by Invisio service.

Kieran McGovern – Financial Specialist

Kieran Mc Govern is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has a successful accounting practice for a number of years.

He has held senior positions in financial management in small and large organisations. Currently he operates as a financial consultant to many organisations specialising in small and medium sized enterprises as well as providing accounting services to clients.

Kieran is a certified trainer and provides training in all aspects of financial management.

Mark Fenton – Executive Coach & D&I Specialist

Mark is CEO & Founder of MASF Consulting Limited, a specialised advisor on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (‘DEI’) and Executive Coaching which was established in 2016.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in Dublin, Mark spent over 16 years working outside Ireland (mostly in London & Paris) in multi-cultural, multi-national organisations. Prior to MASF, he managed Diversity & Inclusion programs globally for the AXA Group.

Mark holds a 1st Class Honours in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute (‘IMI’) and is an accredited (Senior Practitioner) member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (‘EMCC’). Mark is an associate faculty member of the IMI, where he has delivered masterclasses on Inclusive Leadership, Diversity and Bias Awareness.

Since 2017, Mark has been active in the UCD alumni mentoring programme and MBA Executive Coaching panel, supporting 50+ global professionals.

Breiffni O’Neill – Facilitator

Breiffni O’Neill is a highly experienced industrial/employee relations practitioner and was appointed as an Adjudication Officer at the Workplace Relations Commission in August 2019 by Minister Heather Humphreys TD.

With significant strategic and operational experience in a wide variety of industries Breiffni developed particular expertise in change management as well as in employee and industrial relations.

Having initially qualified with a Bachelor of International Commerce from UCD, prior to training as a chartered accountant with PwC, he subsequently completed a Masters in Human Resources at the Michael Smurfit Business School. He is also an MII certified mediator.

Breiffni leads and manages complex employee investigations (e.g., bullying, harassment, fraud, whistle-blower), conducts internal grievance investigations and mediates and resolves conflicts for small and large groups in unionised as well as non-unionised environments

He has worked in various employee and industrial relations roles for over 20 years in the banking, technology and construction sectors where he has led and managed major change programmes in both unionised and non-union environments. As well as providing training courses on employment related matters, he also carries out workplace investigations and disciplinary/appeal hearings on behalf of a wide range of companies across different sectors.

Marco Santaroni – Learning Coordinator

Marco is a dedicated Learning Coordinator with a passion for education and a background in music. With Invisio, Marco plays a vital role in shaping a positive client experience, by overseeing the delivery of training programs, and providing essential support for organisational development.
