Tony Shone – Director, Team Coach & Mediator

Tony Shone is a highly experienced facilitator, trainer, and team coach with a strong track record of helping individuals and organisations achieve meaningful results. With over 35 years of leadership and management experience across Ireland, the UK, the US, and the Middle East, Tony brings a global perspective and a practical, hands-on approach to learning and development.

Tony has designed and delivered impactful programmes for a wide range of clients. His work spans sectors such as financial services, aviation, universities, hospitality, healthcare, Skillnets and public service—demonstrating his ability to adapt and deliver across diverse organisational cultures.

Before co-founding Invisio, Tony held a senior group management role in one of Ireland’s largest private companies, where he led major business transformation initiatives. His leadership contributed to the successful redevelopment of multiple business units, two of which achieved ISO 9000 certification for quality excellence.

Tony is passionate about unlocking the potential of teams and individuals. He is a qualified Executive Team Coach, Licensed Mediator, and holds credentials in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He also holds an MBA from Henley Business School, one of the UK’s leading institutions for executive education.

Louise Mc Namara – Director, Team & Executive Coach

With a career spanning multiple sectors and continents, Louise McNamara brings a wealth of expertise in operational leadership, human resources, and organisational development. As a skilled facilitator, executive coach, and consultant, she has worked with leadership teams across many sectors including retail, higher education, hospitality, legal, financial, and emerging business sectors to drive strategic alignment and cultural transformation.

Louise has worked extensively with clients across the university sector, legal and financial services, and emerging businesses, supporting them in areas such as organisational planning, vision and mission development, and HR strategy. She is particularly skilled at guiding leadership teams through strategic change and cultural alignment initiatives.

As a co-founder of Invisio, Louise has led and delivered programmes across Ireland, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the U.S.,designing and facilitating impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences. Her work is grounded in behavioural science and focused on creating lasting change in how individuals think, lead, and collaborate.

Louise is also an experienced Executive and Business Coach, known for helping clients gain clarity, shift mindsets, and take purposeful action. Her coaching supports leaders in navigating complexity, building resilience, and achieving meaningful results.

She holds a Master’s in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin/IMI, where she received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.

Hannah Shaw – Operation & Learning Solutions Director, Learning Facilitator & Executive Coach

Hannah brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the tech sector, having held Director-level roles across SaaS, digital agencies, start-ups, and SMEs. Her career has spanned operations, software development, project delivery, and organisational leadership, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing individuals and teams.

What sets Hannah apart is her unique combination of business leadership, professional coaching, and psychological insight. Transitioning from the tech and project management world into psychotherapy and coaching, she now specialises in creating empowering, psychologically safe learning environments that enable individuals to make meaningful and lasting change.

Hannah delivers both accredited and non-accredited training and coaching programmes that support leadership development, emotional intelligence, resilience, and performance. Betty Nerney Invisio

Betty Nerney is a highly experienced Learning & Development professional with over 20 years’ experience in operational management, human resources, and organisational development across unit-level, multi-site, and corporate environments. Her career spans a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on the service industry, the hospitality sector, pharma and universities, where she has played a key role in shaping leadership capability and service excellence.

Betty has led the design and delivery of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited People Management and Leadership programmes and Diplomas, supporting the development of emerging and experienced leaders in hospitality, food manufacturing and other service-driven organisations. Her programmes are known for being practical, engaging, and aligned with real-world business needs, helping participants apply learning immediately in their roles.

She brings deep expertise in business restructuring, change management, HR systems implementation, and performance improvement. Her strategic insight and operational experience allow her to quickly understand organisational challenges and deliver learning solutions that drive measurable impact.

Fiona Keane – Learning Facilitator

Fiona Keane is an experienced management and development consultant with a strong background in individual and team performance, leadership development, and behavioural change. With a career that began in senior Human Resources and Learning & Development roles, Fiona has been in consultancy since 2008, working with clients across universities, hospitality, construction and utilities sectors in the UK and SMEs in Ireland.

Fiona specialises in designing and delivering management development programmes, embedding behavioural competency frameworks, and coaching leaders to drive performance and cultural alignment. She has also supported bid teams in high-stakes environments, helping them build confidence, clarity, and cohesion under pressure.

Kieran Lillis Learning Facilitator & Performance Coach

Kieran is a dynamic Learning Facilitator and Peak Performance Coach, combining a rich background in leadership, education, business, and elite sport. He creates engaging, practical, and empowering learning environments for individuals and teams to explore mindset, build resilience, and take meaningful action to unleash their potential.

An experienced coach, Kieran’s coaching clients include business owners, executives, and high performers who are trying to overcome overwhelm, improve clarity, and perform at their best.

Patricia Byron Invisio

Patricia Byron has over 25 years’ experience working in the Financial Services Industry from customer service to senior management level. Patricia also has extensive experience in the design and delivery of training, education and CPD programmes for financial service professionals.

Through this experience, Patricia draws on a unique insight into the challenges faced by organisations. She understands how to unite the developmental needs of the individual with the needs of the organisation and has the ability to cross the theory –practice divide. Her delivery style is facilitative and empowers participants to reflect on their own development and learning.

Holding a Masters in Learning and Teaching, Patricia has a deep understanding of the theories, research and practical strategies for learning throughout life and delivers real techniques and strategies to support ongoing lifelong learning and development. Karen is passionate about the co-creation, design and delivery of bespoke training programmes tailored to client needs, for maximum learning impact. She is highly experienced in facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops, with a strong focus on interactive engagement, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

Maire O Meara Invisio

Máire O’ Meara – Learning Facilitator

Prior to joining the Invisio team, Máire worked as a learning solutions consultant in France and Ireland, developing and delivering learning solutions programmes for a variety of multi-national companies. She has also worked with a number of EU commission representatives during their EU presidencies to facilitate and develop communication and negotiation skills.

Drawing on her extensive experience, Máire is an effective facilitator of management development programmes. Her skill in identifying and unleashing individual and team potential together with her ability to relate to a variety of types of organisations makes her a respected trainer who can quickly adapt to the needs of trainees across a range of disciplines. She has also developed and delivered cross-cultural awareness programmes, learning solutions management and staff to work effectively with their overseas partners. She currently develops and delivers programmes in People Management, Learning Solutions & Development and Interpersonal Skills.

Máire has completed a Master Practitioner’s programme in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is a fluent French speaker.

After many years in Operational Management, Matthew decided to specialise in learning solutions & development, joining a major UK Operator in a Senior Group Learning Solutions role.

Daniel Sheahan – Lead Researcher

Danny is a research specialist for Insights by Invisio. Financial Services, Public Sector, Hospitality, Agribusiness and Retail, are just a few of the areas that he has provided research and consultancy services to. Danny is a certified member of The Market Research Society and a graduate member of the Marketing Insitute of Ireland.  He is also certified in the use of Qualtrics, the industry-leading survey platform for CX (Customer Experience) and EX (Employee Experience) research.  Danny has more than 25 years experience in the design, administration and analysis of online, face-to-face, telephone and paper-based research and surveying.

His expertise of employee surveys, customer surveys and focus groups greatly enhances the Insights by Invisio service.

Kieran Mc Govern is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has a successful accounting practice for a number of years.

He has held senior positions in financial management in small and large organisations. Currently he operates as a financial consultant to many organisations specialising in small and medium sized enterprises as well as providing accounting services to clients.

Kieran is a certified trainer and provides training in all aspects of financial management.

Mark Fenton – Executive Coach & D&I Specialist

Mark is CEO & Founder of MASF Consulting Limited, a specialised advisor on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (‘DEI’) and Executive Coaching which was established in 2016.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in Dublin, Mark spent over 16 years working outside Ireland (mostly in London & Paris) in multi-cultural, multi-national organisations. Prior to MASF, he managed Diversity & Inclusion programs globally for the AXA Group.

Mark holds a 1st Class Honours in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute (‘IMI’) and is an accredited (Senior Practitioner) member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (‘EMCC’). Mark is an associate faculty member of the IMI, where he has delivered masterclasses on Inclusive Leadership, Diversity and Bias Awareness.
